POLICIES OF OPERATION
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Christian Choice Online provides its service to you, subject to the following terms and conditions, which we may update at any time without prior notice to you (the "customer"). In addition, when using particular Christian Choice Online services, you and Christian Choice Online shall be subject to any of the following guidelines or rules. By placing an order, customer indicates acceptance of all posted terms and conditions.
PRICING
Customer cost per item is clearly stated on our PRODUCTS pages, and ORDER FORM.
TERMS OF SALE
All sales are prepayment only. Christian Choice Online accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express via PayPal, PayPal. Our recommended method of payment is for credit card (via PayPal) payment online, at our shopping cart, with shipping rates automatically figured at the time of payment--this prevents any delays in processing payments.
SHIPPING
Customer is responsible for actual shipping costs. Customer is responsible to inform Christian Choice Online of lost or damaged shipments. ALL shipping charges fees are non-refundable.Customer pays for all shipping at the time of purchase, as calculated by our shopping cart. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
BACKORDERS
Christian Choice Online strives to maintain a complete inventory of our offered product line. Although it is very rare for an item to be unavailable, if temporary product unavailability will cause shipping times to exceed our stated processing time (21 business days following receipt of payment), we will notify the customer via email of the order status. All backorders will ship once item(s) are available, unless customer has contacted us prior with instructions to cancel.
RETURN POLICY
Customer is responsible to contact Christian Choice Online regarding all returns. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorisation. Return authorization must be obtained within 30 days of ship date, and are valid 30 days from date of issuance. Please note the following return conditions and how appropriate credits are determined.
- Customer received order, but item(s) are defective upon receipt (manufacturer defect)
- Christian Choice Online will issue a full credit for cost of item(s), or complete replacement at NO additional shipping or handling costs. If defective product must be returned to manufacturer, Christian Choice Online will pay for all return shipping.
- Customer refuses delivery, or package is returned to Christian Choice Online as undeliverable
- Christian Choice Online will issue a credit for cost of item(s), minus 15% restocking fee.
- Customer accepts order, then wants to return it for personal reasons
- Christian Choice Online will issue a credit for cost of item(s), minus 15% restocking fee, once the item(s) has been returned to us (return shipping at customer's expense) and confirmed to be in resalable condition. Addition restocking fees will be assessed for item(s) not received in resalable condition.
All returns should be sent to: Christian Choice Online, Theophilus, 8 Garland Road, Ware, Hertfordshire UK. SG12 7BH. Return authorisation number should be clearly visible on outside of box, and on enclosed note briefly describing the reason for the return. Allow up to 21 business days for Christian Choice Online to process returns from the date they are received.
PROCESSING
All orders will be processed and ship 1-3 business days from the time that payment is confirmed. All orders placed after 5pm will not be received by Christian Choice Online until the following business day. Christian Choice Online is happy to accommodate faxed, mailed or emailed orders, to accommodate Customers needs. HOWEVER, we strongly recommend prepayment by credit card at our online shopping cart, to prevent any possible delays--remember, we will ship orders 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Shipping costs include package handling and administration charges.
INDEMNITY
You (the "customer") agree to indemnify and hold Christian Choice Online, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the above services (the "service"), your connection to the service, your violation of said service, or your violation of any rights of another.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Customer expressly understands and agrees that Christian Choice Online shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Christian Choice Online has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the service; the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or any other matter relating to the service.
CANCELLATIONS
All orders/backorders may be cancelled prior to shipping, at no cost to customer. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or fax. In the case of personalised products an order cannot be cancelled once the personalisation has been commenced
